Preparation and estimated delivery
Orders with confirmed payment must wait 8 hours before internal approval. Preparation, printing, packing, and transit times then depend on the product, destination, and fulfillment provider. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.
Shipping rates and methods
Available rates appear in your cart and at checkout after you enter your address. If a free shipping method is offered, its rate is zero; other methods use the displayed rate. Expedited shipping is available only when offered or specifically confirmed for your order.
Destinations and carriers
Available methods depend on the destination and fulfillment provider. We do not promise worldwide delivery or one particular carrier for every order. Contact us before ordering if no suitable shipping method is available.
Your address and the 8-hour change window
Check the recipient name, street address, state or province, country, ZIP or postal code, and contact phone number. Eligible orders allow address updates within 8 hours of confirmed payment, or placement for unpaid orders, while production remains unlocked. Changes do not restart the window. Country, state, and postal code changes require review. If an incorrect address leads to a returned parcel or reshipment, we will discuss the solution and any additional cost before proceeding.
Tracking your parcel
Enter your order number and checkout email on Track Your Order. Tracking and carrier details appear once we add them to the order. Tracking events may not appear immediately after a label is created.
Delays, lost parcels, and damage
Contact us with your order number and tracking number, if available, when a parcel is overdue or has no updates. For shipping damage, keep the packaging and report the problem within 14 days of delivery under our Returns & Refunds policy.
Taxes and customs
Cross-border shipments may require documents or incur destination taxes or customs fees. Charges collected at checkout appear in the order total. Check any additional charges not included with the relevant authority or carrier. Customs checks can affect delivery times.
Optional shipping protection
Shipping protection is an optional charge separate from shipping fees. Its additional benefits and eligibility conditions have not yet been fully published; contact us for confirmation before selecting it. Whether you select this service does not remove your ability to report shipping damage under our Returns & Refunds policy.
