Products and pricing
Your order records the selected design, material, size, frame, and optional extras. Starting prices shown in product listings do not include every upgrade. The applicable total, including any shipping charges and taxes, is shown at checkout.
Your details
Provide an accurate email address and shipping address, check them before ordering, and keep your account and order lookup details secure. If you notice a mistake, use the available order tools or contact us promptly.
Orders, payments, and production
Receiving an order number does not confirm that payment succeeded. We verify payment before approving production. An order with confirmed payment can be approved only after the 8-hour waiting period; the end of that period does not mean the item has been printed or shipped.
Cancellations and address changes
You may cancel the full order or update its shipping address within 8 hours of confirmed payment. For an unpaid order, this starts when the order is placed. The order must still be eligible and not locked for production. Address changes do not restart the window.
An online cancellation changes the order status. Refunds are reviewed and processed separately. Contact us for changes that affect the country, state or province, ZIP or postal code, or shipping charges.
Support and statutory rights
Delivery, product, and refund issues are handled using your order details and the relevant store policies. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.
Errors and order availability
If a pricing, description, or fulfillment problem prevents us from completing an order correctly, we will review it and contact you before proceeding. Product changes or additional costs will be explained so you can decide how to proceed. If an order cannot be fulfilled, any payment collected will be reviewed for a refund.
Coupons and offers
Offers apply subject to their stated dates, products, and conditions. Enter any coupon where provided and check the total before paying. Offers do not automatically combine or apply retroactively to an existing order.
Website use and submitted content
Do not impersonate others, access another person’s information, distribute harmful content, or upload images you do not have permission to use. Submitted content remains the property of its respective owner; our use for design and printing is limited to your request.
Changes to these terms
The current terms appear on this page. If operating conditions change, the store should update this information and contact you separately where a change affects an already confirmed order.
